Not fully satisfied with your purchase? You're covered by our hassle-free return policy. You can return part of, or all of your order for any reason within 30 days. If the colour did not meet your individual style or you would just like a different hue we will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days.

Product must be returned in new condition, that is original condition and packaging.

We will require photos of any item(s) that arrive to you in less than perfect condition. 

Candle Sand

Candle Sand must be in its original packaging, with the box unsealed using the original tape. Boxes that have been opened will not be accepted and do not qualify for returns, credit, or refunds.

What items/products are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit?

  • Free Gifts or promotional items
  • Colour Sampler Packs
  • Gift Cards
  • All items listed in our Sale Category at the time of purchase

Are there fees for returns?

  • There are no restocking fees for returns.
  • Please note return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Did you product arrive damaged?

If any item(s) arrived damaged, please provide photos within 30 days of delivery. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you with a replacement, refund, or credit as per our policy. Please note that international orders are not eligible for replacement items

How soon will I get my refund?

Once the return is received, inspected and approved, please allow 3 to 7 days for processing. If your refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
