We talked with Event Stylist Kath, from Bow Creative about the inspiration behind this nostalgic 70’s inspired elopement styled shoot and discussed some of the details of the design.

Q: Can you briefly describe your business, your style and the services you provide?

A: At Bow Creative we are all about going above and beyond for our couples, listening and understanding our couples, and offering ease and convenience on their wedding day. On top of all of this, we ensure our clients experience the most important aspect of this wedding planning journey: having fun! We offer Styling and Coordination services to couples Australia wide. Bow Creative defines itself with its ability to mix the on-trend wedding classics with unique details when it comes to styling your big day - making it well and truly your own.

Q: What was your inspiration and vision behind the styling for this shoot?

A: With this concept, we want to focus on creating a sophisticated and luxe 70’s wedding. The space was quite small so we were looking to create an elopement styled shoot that would accentuate the space - which used a lot of pattern and light tones in its decor. The understanding of the 70's brief was to create an absolute floral explosion to reflect the decade as well as the colour.

Q: How did the Hueseeka candles you selected help to complete your vision/or why did you choose these candles/products for this shoot?

A: Hueseeka candles was able to deliver in spades with its brilliant array of colours and textural options that allowed us to play with more than just florals on the day of the shoot. Bow Creative likes to play with as much texturally as possible so having different types of candles and candle holders on hand gave us the ability to create a more eclectic dimension to the shoot.
