How Many Bundles Do I Need?
One bundle styles 40 guests on a 12m long table. For 80 guests, choose 2 bundles. Keep in mind extra pieces for the bridal table, bar, cake table or entrance.

Each bud vase arrangement is styled by our in-house Brisbane florists. Stem placement and shaping may vary slightly, giving every piece a natural, garden-inspired look. Flowers and vases are packaged separately so they arrive safely. Simply give the petals a light fluff and they're ready to style.

Event Pillar Candles & Glass Cylinders
Inserting the Candle: To avoid damage to both the candle and the glass cylinder, do not drop the candle into the glass. Hold the candle by the wick and slowly lower it into the glass at a 45-degree angle.
Removing the Candle: For easiest removal, burn the candle down to the last 2cm, then add warm water to the glass so that the wax disc floats to the top.
Partially Used Candles: If the candle is only slightly used, removal is more difficult as the lip of the glass curves in at the top and the candle may have melted to fill the full width of the glass.
Cooling Method: Using cold water, or placing the room temperature candle and cylinder in the fridge, can cause the wax to shrink and come away from the glass.
Heating Method: Alternatively, use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften parts of the candle that may be catching on the glass. Be careful not to burn yourself on hot glass.
Glassware: Adding candles into glass cylinders affects burn time due to the added heat and trapped hot air. Burning a candle in too small glassware may cause rapid burning, dripping or pooling.
Dust Removal: Your candles may develop a light layer of dust, known as "bloom". Simply wipe the candles with a soft cloth to restore their appearance.
Wick Trimming: Trim the wick to 5mm before each lighting.
Burning Surface: Always burn candles on a flat, level surface.
Foreign Materials: Keep the candle free of any foreign materials.
Extinguishing Flame: Use an appropriate tool to extinguish the flame. Extinguish when the candle is at least 2cm from the base to prevent injury or property damage.
Burn Time: Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Supervision and Surface: Always burn the candle within sight and on a heat-resistant surface.
Children and Pets: Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Drafts and Vibrations: Keep away from drafts, vents and vibrations to avoid dripping and compromising the burn time.
Handling: Do not move the candle when lit or when the wax is liquid.
Fire Hazards: Never burn a candle near anything that can catch fire.
Candle Spacing: For optimal performance, do not place candles too close together. Position them at least 10cm apart to prevent overheating and excessive dripping or pooling.
Storage: Store candles in a cool, dark space, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to avoid fading, warping or melting.
Faux Bud Vase Flowers
Cleaning: Faux flowers should not get wet. Do not wash, spot clean or use damp cloths. Exposure to moisture may damage materials, adhesives, finishes or wiring.
Dusting: Gently remove dust using a soft cloth, feather duster, compressed air or a hair dryer on the lowest heat and speed setting, held at least 20cm away.
Arranging & Reshaping: Stems can be carefully adjusted by hand. Bend slowly and avoid forceful twisting to protect the internal wire structure.
Water Use: Designed for dry use only. Do not place stems in water.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light, humidity and heat. Keep in protective packaging such as tissue paper, in a sturdy box to prevent crushing.
Avoid: Do not place near open flames or expose to high heat. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, perfume or abrasive products.
Cheesecloth Table Runners
Machine Washable: Wash in a laundry bag on a cold, delicate cycle (30°C). Use a mild liquid detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can affect the fabric’s natural drape.
Drying: Gently reshape while damp and line dry in the shade. Avoid wringing or twisting, as this can distort the weave. Do not tumble dry.
Ironing: Generally not required, as the fabric is designed to keep its relaxed, crinkled finish. Use low heat only if needed.
Avoid: Do not bleach or dry clean. Store flat or rolled rather than folded to prevent permanent creases.
Organic Cotton Napkins
Machine Washable: Wash separately on a cool wash setting (30°C).
Drying: Rinse well and line dry for best results. Cool tumble dry only if needed.
Ironing: Use a warm iron to remove harsh creases. The fabric is designed to keep a relaxed, organic crinkle even after ironing.
Avoid: Do not bleach or dry clean.
