We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. 
Please ensure all details of your order are correct before completing checkout. Once an order has begun processing in our warehouse, changes cannot be made. Contact our customer service team for assistance, but note that adjustments may not be possible.
We will provide you with a freight tracking number via email upon dispatch of your order. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your order delivery by entering it into the relevant freight company website.
Absolutely! You can collect your order from Hueseeka HQ. Just select the "Pickup In Store" option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email with all the details.Â

Christmas pickups are available until 18th of December.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your items.Â
Our store will be closed from 2:00 pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 18 December and will reopen on Monday, 5 January at 9 am (AEST). During this period, there will be no in-store shopping or pick-ups.
Returns and exchanges will not be processed during the closure. Any requests received will be handled once normal operations resume on 5 January.
