What are your candle wicks made from?
Our high-quality candle wicks are made from lead-free cotton to provide the perfect burn with every light. We recommend trimming your wick to around 5mm – 8mm before lighting to ensure a smooth burn with minimal smoking.
How many hours will my candle burn for?
Each of our candles has a different burn time depending on their size and shape. You can find the approximate burn time for your candle in the product description section online. To get the most use out of your candle, we recommend trimming your wicks. Glass pillar holders can also reduce the burn time of your candle as the glass enclosure traps hot air, making your wax melt faster.
