$3000 Wedding Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is 28 Degrees Trading Pty Ltd trading as Hueseeka Decor and Candle Co (ABN 20 127 970 594), Tingalpa, Queensland ("Hueseeka", "we", "us"). The giveaway is run in partnership with Bride Tribe, Tiny Jewellery, She Is Everli and Off the Hook ("Partners").

2. Promotion period
The giveaway opens on October 1, 2026 at 5pm AEST and closes November 2, 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Who can enter
The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Hueseeka and the giveaway Partners, their immediate families, and any agencies involved in running the giveaway are not eligible. Hueseeka wholesale account holders, including stylists, florists, stockists and other trade customers, are also not eligible.

4. How to enter
To enter, complete the entry form at hueseeka.com.au/pages/giveaway with your first name, a valid email address, phone number and your wedding date during the promotion period. To be eligible, you must also follow @hueseeka, @bride_tribe, @tinyjewellery_, @sheiseverli and @offthehook.au on Instagram and like the giveaway post.

Bonus entries: you may receive by tagging members of your bridal party in the comments of the Hueseeka giveaway post on Instagram. Tagged people must be real people with public accounts. Fake or duplicate accounts will not be counted.

Each person may submit the entry form once. Multiple form entries from the same person will be treated as one entry.

5. Marketing and privacy
By entering, you agree to receive email and SMS marketing from Hueseeka and each Partner, and to your entry details being shared with the Partners for this purpose. You can unsubscribe from any brand at any time using the link or opt-out instructions in its messages. Your personal information will be handled in line with Hueseeka's Privacy Policy.

6. The prize
There is one prize, valued at a total of $3,000 (including GST). The winner will receive:

  • Hueseeka: $850 gift card
  • Tiny Jewellery: bridal package valued at $800 including the Baroque Pearl Earrings and the Lily & Rain necklace stack.
  • She Is Everli: $500 wedding stationery voucher
  • Bride Tribe: $500 gift card
  • Off the Hook: audio guest book valued at $350

Prize values are the recommended retail value as at October 1. Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the issuing brand's own terms, including any expiry date. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Physical prizes will be delivered to an address in Australia. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Winner selection
The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries at Hueseeka, Tingalpa QLD on 3 November 2026. The winner will be announced on Hueseeka's Instagram at 5pm AEST on 3 November 2026 and contacted by email and Instagram direct message.

8. Claiming the prize
The winner must reply within 24 hours of being contacted to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed in that time, a redraw will take place and the new winner will be contacted in the same way.

9. Beware of scams
We will only contact the winner from the official @hueseeka Instagram account or a hueseeka.com.au email address. We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords to claim the prize.

10. Instagram and Meta
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability.

11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their first name, state and Instagram handle being published in the winner announcement.

12. General
Hueseeka may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Subject to any applicable law, we may change, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside our control affect how it runs. To the extent permitted by law, Hueseeka and the Partners are not liable for any loss arising from the giveaway or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any tax implications of winning the prize are the winner's responsibility.
